Who We Are
The 7 Rivers Lean Consortium is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to spreading lean principles throughout every public and private sector industry in the 7 Rivers Region.
We firmly believe that by educating others about lean principles and tools, we can help make the 7 Rivers Region the best place in the country to run a business, raise a family, and earn a decent living.
Our focus is on education, networking, and sharing best practices. We host annual lean symposiums, and arrange gemba walks to 7 Rivers Region organizations.
Our Story
Where We Are
The 7 Rivers Region embraces an area roughly within a 100 mile radius of La Crosse Wisconsin. Included in this region are 11 counties in Western Wisconsin, Southeast Minnesota, and Northeast Iowa.
